Dolphin Landings can set up catering, bar/bartenders and anything else you mat need from floral arrangements to decorative themes. We can also recommend local bartenders/servers and catererers who work our own personal events aboard. Desperados layout precludes large bands and dancing but we have carried solo guitarists, harpists and karaoke systems although our custom 3000 watt stereo seems to be the "entertainment" of choice. Due to limited large boat docking space in our cruising area we do not tend to "visit restaurants" but we can discuss a few options. We turn down more charters than we take as the boat is for our personal use mostly, but Dolphin Landings can always place you in the boat you need. We tend to do 3-4 hour catered trips leaving from and returning to Dolphin Landings. They will be happy to approach us with "other ideas" and we will consider them at that time. We do not do overnight trips due to our USCG certificate and we do not cruise into the Gulf of Mexico as we are only allowed to do passenger for hire work in the Intercoastal and Tampa Bay.
